La rapida crescita di quest'azienda, e quindi la necessità di prevedere futuri ampliamenti, ha portato ad ipotizzare un nuovo edificio in linea posto davanti alla struttura produttiva e collegato a quest'ultima tramite un tunnel trasparente. L'azienda si occupa della lavorazione dell'alluminio per il settore mobiliero; nel progetto si è quindi cercato di offrire verso l'esterno un'immagine che evocasse le sofisticate tecniche produttive e la nobiltà del materiale impiegato. La struttura è formata da una copertura in travi di acciaio a traliccio sorretta da pilastri in c.a.; questa scelta ha permesso di ospitare tutti i servizi all'interno del plenum tra le travi, e di garantire una grande disponibilità per gli interventi di modifica e di ampliamento.

The fast growth of this firm, and the necessity of foreseeing future expansions, gave the possibility of thinking a new building located in front of the productive shed and linked to it by a transparent tunnel. The company productive field is the aluminum manufacturing for furniture. The project tried to evoke the sophisticated production techniques and the preciousness of the materials. The building is constituted by a roof in steel beams with concrete columns: these choice allowed to host all the facilities in the space between the beams, giving a great flexibility for the expansion interventions.
