L'intervento prevede la completa ristrutturazione di una villa costruita negli anni Cinquanta, attraverso l’ampliamento delle volumetrie, la modifica degli spazi interni e il rifacimento in chiave più attuale tutte le finiture. Punti nodali dell'intervento sono la grande veranda sul fronte sud-est, coperta da terrazzo, a memoria delle limonaie delle ville patrizie, ed il portico seminterrato, affacciato verso valle e chiuso da ampie vetrate, dove è stata sistemata la piscina coperta ed una piccola palestra.

The intervention includes the complete renovation of a villa built in the 50s, through the expansion of the volumes, the changing of the interior spaces and the rebuilding of the finishes in a contemporary way.
The main elements of the intervention are the large front porch on the south-east, covered by a terrace, a memory of the lemon gardens of the patrician villas and the portico, facing towards the valley and closed by large windows, with an indoor pool and a small gym.
