L’edificio è costituito da un basamento commerciale, che contiene oggi una banca (affacciata su Via Volta), ed un corpo di fabbrica residenziale da 6 piani. Il piano tipo presenta una pianta compatta, con alcuni fuori angolo allineati al perimetro irregolare del lotto, e contiene due alloggi per piano. L’ultimo livello è caratterizzato da un arretramento del volume che ha permesso di ricavare una terrazza protetta da una copertura aggettante.

The building is constituted by a commercial basement, that today contains a bank (in front of Via Volta), and a six-storey residential volume. The floor-type is characterized by a compact plan, where a few walls are aligned to the irregular perimeter of the site, and hosts two units per floor. The last level presents a set-back of the volume: this choice allows to obtain a terrace that is protected by a cantilevered canopy.
