Studio Montilli new offices

I nuovi uffici dello Studio Commercialisti Montilli sono stati realizzati all'interno di una ex sala scommesse nella zona centrale del quartiere di Vighizzolo. La progettazione dei nuovi spazi non ha riguardato soltanto la nuova divisione funzionale degli interni e l'attenzione all'aspetto dell'illuminazione naturale e artificiale delle aree, ma anche la ricerca verso un'immagine rinnovata e la sua apertura verso l'ambito urbano esterno, di forte passaggio. Lo studio si articola in tre ambiti distinti: il primo, quello dell'ingresso, è rivestito con bosierie in legno ondulato e ospita la reception. Il secondo è quello degli uffici, collegato da un corridoio centrale ad “onde alternate”. Il terzo è quello dell'archivio e dei servizi, nascosto al termine del corriodio.

Gli uffici sono definiti da spazi separati ma in continuità tra loro, grazie alle vetrate adiacenti lungo il corriodio, ma anche a delle finestre che collegano gli spazi trasversalmente, caratterizzati dalla ripresa della forma curva già utilizzata nella sezione del corrodio. Anche i materiali scelti conferiscono allo spazio una ideale continuità: la resina grigia chiara, presente in tutte le aree operative, si alterna, lungo il corridoio, alla resina scura. Il giallo “senape” utilizzato sia nelle finiture degli arredi che nei serramenti, rinnova l'idea dell'ottone, materiale tradizionale utilizzato negli uffici storici.

The new offices of the Montilli Accounting Firm have been built inside a former betting shop in the central area of ​​the Vighizzolo district. The design of the new spaces did not only concern the new functional division of the interiors and the attention to natural and artificial lighting aspects of the areas, but also the search for a renewed image and its openness towards the external urban area. The office is divided into three distinct areas: the first one, that of the entrance, is covered with wavy wooden bosierie and hosts the reception. The second is that of the offices, connected by a central corridor with "alternating waves". The third is that of the archive and services, hidden at the end of the corridor. The offices are defined by separate spaces but in continuity with each other, thanks to the adjacent windows along the corridor, but also to windows that connect the spaces transversally, characterized by the resumption of the curved shape already used in the section of the corridor. The materials chosen also give the space an ideal continuity: the light grey resin, present in all the operational areas, alternates, along the corridor, with the dark resin. The “mustard” yellow used both in the finishes of the furnishings and in the windows, renews the idea of the brass, a traditional material used in the historic offices.
